What we do?
As the company grows, operational efficiency and customer service quality will suffer unless the company clearly defines the way of working. The lack of resources, processes, quality management system, and certificate can in the worst case, prevent large commercial contracts being signed. The supplier’s ISO9001 certificate is a must for many already certified companies when they are selecting new suppliers and it takes ten to twelve months to achieve the certification. To minimize the time needed for certification companies should always keep in mind the certification requirements when they define their operational processes. We support companies in their process development to secure the return of allocated effort.

During my career, I have opened a new customer service centers abroad, hired the staff and created service-related processes. I’ve also created processes in international ISO9000 certified and publicly listed company. I have been responsible for production, supply chain and ICT in Finnish publicly listed company.
