What we do?

The lack of resources, proces­ses, qua­li­ty mana­ge­ment sys­tem, and cer­ti­fica­te can in the worst case, pre­vent lar­ge com­mercial cont­racts being sig­ned. The supplier’s ISO9001 cer­ti­fica­te is a must for many alrea­dy cer­ti­fied com­pa­nies when they are selec­ting new suppliers and it takes ten to twel­ve months to achie­ve the cer­ti­fica­tion. To mini­mize the time nee­ded for cer­ti­fica­tion com­pa­nies should always keep in mind the cer­ti­fica­tion requi­re­ments when they defi­ne their ope­ra­tio­nal proces­ses. We sup­port com­pa­nies in their process deve­lop­ment to secu­re the return of alloca­ted effort.

During my career, I have ope­ned a new cus­to­mer ser­vice cen­ters abroad, hired the staff and crea­ted ser­vice-rela­ted proces­ses. I’ve also crea­ted proces­ses in inter­na­tio­nal ISO9000 cer­ti­fied and publicly lis­ted com­pa­ny. I have been res­pon­sible for pro­duc­tion, supply chain and ICT in Fin­nish publicly lis­ted company.
